Delete Your Lightweight Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Lightweight account and associated data.
1. Who Has an Account
- Free users — no account. All your data lives on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes it.
- Premium users — have a server-side account created on first sign-in (Apple or Google). Deletion applies to you.
2. How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to cemkagan.dev@gmail.com from the address associated with your Apple or Google account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my account.
- Include the display name shown in the app (found in Profile) to help us identify your account.
- We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
- You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
3. What Data Is Deleted
Permanently deleted
- Email address and display name
- User ID and authentication records
- All training data: workouts, sessions, sets, exercises, bodyweight logs, notes
- AI insight prompts and responses
- Premium status record on our servers
Retained (no personal link)
- Anonymized purchase records required by Apple, Google, and tax law — kept for up to 7 years with no identifying information.
- Anonymized server logs for up to 30 days for debugging, then deleted.
4. Cancel Your Subscription Separately
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through the store that handles billing:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Lightweight → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lightweight → Cancel.
