Do I need an account?
No. The free tier works entirely offline. An account is only required for premium features (cloud sync and AI insights) and is created automatically when you upgrade.
How do I restore my data on a new device?
Upgrade to premium on your first device and sign in. Sign in with the same account on your new device — your training data will sync automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Through your app store's subscription settings — App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Your local data remains usable after cancellation.
I lost data after reinstalling — can you help?
Free users: data is stored only on your device and is lost when the app is uninstalled. Premium users: sign in to restore.
How are personal records calculated?
Two PR types per exercise: heaviest single-set weight, and best estimated 1RM using the Epley formula (capped at 10 reps). PRs are detected the moment you log the set.
Can I export my data?
Email us and we'll send you a JSON export of everything you've logged.
